the beaverton snug

This cozy yet airy studio, affectionately nicknamed 'The Snug', has a king size bed, kitchenette, fireplace, t.v. and 3 piece bathroom for you to rest and enjoy some time away in cottage country. Lots of natural light with a large window overlooking a pond where ducks like to chill and frogs like to sing. 

 

Everything is newly renovated with brand new furnishings. The snug is located on our 1.5 acres property, surrounded by trees and flower gardens, attached to the garage, next to our log cabin where we reside. Wooded trails are accessible at the back of the lot. The large fire pit and summer time gazebo with BBQ and comfy patio furniture is yours to enjoy.  

 

Our space is best suited to couples or besties looking for a relaxing, getaway or simply looking to spend some time in nature. Touch key lock allows self-check in and out. 

 

We are a five minute drive to Lake Simcoe, where you have lake access for swimming and boat launch in the summertime, and world-class ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter.  Downtown Beaverton is a three minute drive where you may access the local retail shops, cafe, bakery, restaurants and LCBO. 

 

This is a quiet rental. We love music but prefer the sounds of nature after 10 pm.
